If your training was really tough, you can take a break in the relaxation area, where you will not only recharge your batteries, but also warm up and have a snack. If you are thirsty, you can use the free filtered water in the club, so you will not only save on buying a bottle of water, but you will not have to limit yourself, as well as the number of training sessions.
You have access to the club 24/7 – come in as often as you need. High-quality Activlifest equipment will allow you to train effectively, and the availability and quantity of equipment will make training even more effective.
